Module 2 - Managing Change

This week I completed another session of the BRIM training with the 7th grade team. This module was centered around managing change. Change is perhaps one of the scariest and most inevitable words we come across as educators. One rule of thumb that BRIM makes is to keep initiatives to 3. We discussed this in our group meeting and everyone agreed that this was a manageable number and liked the rule. I found this picture when I googled change and I see that its author must not have had BRIM training. How many new things can you handle effectively at one time?
