Getting Ready

I have not shared much about my research except books, so I decided it is time to talk a little bit about the project. This weekend I will be preparing for my prelims on Monday. I will present to my committee and talk about the Literature Review and research questions. Everyone keeps telling me that Chapter 2 is the hardest part. Really? Or are they just saying that to make me feel better. So after this weekend, I hope to dazzle my committee on Monday so that I can begin working on my study of Constructivist Teaching Strategies in the Block Schedule in Middle School. I was fascinated this past weekend while reviewing Piaget's theory of cognitive development and analyzing my nieces and nephews. Kids are amazing and their development is fascinating. I think our funniest conversation centered around lying. and then...........I was right back in middle school!
